The 5Ply Corrugated Cardboard Production Line of WEST RIVER with the model number of WJ is made in China with CE and ISO certifications. It is equipped with WEST RIVER Backhoff Cruise Control System (One Super Brain Control Full Line) and allows fully auto nonstop production with highly automation control for different flutes, paper, speed and cardboard types. It is automatic control of the tension, glue application, temperature, moisture, press force, press gap in the production process. The flute change time is minimum of 5mins and the cut off and stacker is either single or double. The design speed is between 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300, 350m/min which makes it ideal for different carton box production such as AB BC CE, BE flutes 5Ply cardboard or A, B, C, E, F, G, N flutes 3ply cardboard. In addiction, it can also produce 2ply single face cardboard or 4ply corrugated cardboard for offset carton boxes.
