WEST RIVER 2025 NEWEST DESIGN:

This is our newly designed fully automatic corrugated cardboard production line working for your reference, the project is designed with a width of 2500mm and a speed of 300m/min. It adopts our latest design and technology, using two super controllers to control the entire production line (one controller for working, one for spare backup). At the same time, dry end and wet end have adopted fiber optic communication, expecially targeting prevent signal interference in the long production line communication in the dry climate conditions in middle east and north africa.

This is also the second production line the customer purchased from our company. They purchased our first production line in 2012, achieving a high return on investment for them. Basically, the new control system eliminate all the PLC in the line of each machines, use two super controller(one for working, one for hot backup) to control all the machines in the production line, ring net and optical fiber for communication, thus realize better information integration and reduce reliance in operator experience, improve the cardboard quality fine control in the production process.
