The line use our newest control system total backhoff cruise control system which use only one super controller to control the full production line, fully servo system and fully digital control of glue volume, tension, gap, pressure...Compared to other companies that use PLC + frequency converters for control, each machine don't need an independent PLC to sychronization & communication of delay, to control the full production line and realize intelligent, more perceptive of each machine working, just like one brain control the full production line body, and can realize continuous upgrade of the system, it is intelligent and efficient for cardboard production. At the same time, the dry end and wet end parts adopt the latest fiber optic communication, which can avoid communication signal equipment interference caused by long-distance communication and production line abnormalities, even in the desert areas.
The cassette system use our newly fully auto cassette system which change flutes in 5mins fast change time(15 mins for option); the wet end and dry end under the total control system control can realize realiable maximum non-stop order change speed up to 260m/min.

Our company has rich project experience in width corrugated equipment manufacturing. In 1999, we cooperated with German company to produce the first 2500mm high-speed corrugated cardboard production line in China for UNION PACKAGE in Dabian, China, with a design speed of 250m/min. At present, this production line is still in operation.
