As big data accumulates, the system can undergo upgrades akin to upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

To meet the current market demand for high daily order volumes, exceeding 600 orders, we have equipped two of our most advanced Single Facer machines with a 5-minute flute change capability. In contrast to the standard cassette-type Single Facer on the market, which requires at least 15 minutes to remove and replace the corrugated roller, followed by another 30 minutes after preheat and machine setup, our fast-change Single Facer achieves a genuine 5-minute corrugated roller replacement through a fully hydraulic control integrated dual-station design. Prior to replacement, the alternate corrugated roller can be preheated, enabling a swift 5-minute completion of the replacement operation via hydraulic control, significantly enhancing production efficiency for multiple order states.
Moreover, the corrugated line incorporates a dual slitter scorer and a multi-functional shearer machine, working in tandem with the system and the WEST RIVER BECKHOFF control system to facilitate rapid order replacement at the Dry End, enabling efficient and seamless order replacement of 600-900 orders per day. The newly developed cardboard unloading system maximizes stack output, ensuring efficient cardboard unloading and production. It also enables order label printing, thereby achieving fully digital order factory management.
