5Ply Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is an industrial production system widely used for manufacturing 5-layer corrugated cardboard boxes. It is composed of a complete corrugated system from feeding the kraft paper roll into the machines, preheating, corrugating flutes, gluing, tension adjustment, alignment of paper, bonding, slitting, cutting and stacking into cardboard sheets piles for delivery to the printers and other carton box finishing machines.  

The whole system is operated by 4-5 persons and comes with a 1 year free warranty. It is equipped with WEST RIVER Backhoff Cruise Control System (One Super Brain Control Full Line) for superior control and production capacity of 10-300 tons/day (40K-1.5M Boxes), able to produce normal 3layers and 5layers corrugated cardboard sheets and carton boxes, as well as other functions cardboard, such as waterproof cardboard, colorful pre-printed cardboard, offset cardboard.... This production line can handle a wide range of flute types including A, B, C, E, F, G, and N Flutes. Minimum flute type is N=0.4mm mini flutes.
