Production Line Introduction:
1, Automated Production and Management
Fully functional production management system: Corrugated cardboard production lines are usually equipped with advanced fully functional production management systems, use newly BECKHOFF control system, to achieve automated networked control of the entire line. This system can optimize the data communication of various machine equipment, making the networked communication of the entire line more intelligent and achieving an automated control mode.
Remote fault diagnosis and maintenance: Through the Internet, the production management system can realize remote fault diagnosis and maintenance functions to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
Automatic adjustment and statistics: During the production process, important process parameters such as adjusting the speed of each machine, adjusting the glue volume, adjusting the angle of the hot cylinder package, changing orders, and output statistics can all achieve fully automated self adaptive adjustment and statistics by WEST RIVER BECKHOFF SYSTEM AND PMS system.
2, Intelligent Control and Energy Conservation
Intelligent temperature control and steam energy-saving system: This system can automatically regulate the temperature of the production line according to production orders and on-site equipment speed and different type of materails and flutes, ensuring efficient and continuous production of different types of high-quality cardboard. At the same time, the intelligent steam energy-saving system can automatically match the required temperature according to different types of cardboard produced, greatly saving energy consumption.
Automatic tension and balance tension control system: This system can respond to various order demands in the market, fully adapt to changes in the quality of raw paper materials, improve production efficiency, and reduce losses.
3, Adaptability and flexibility
Quick change single face corrugated machine and multi corrugated combination: Corrugated cardboard production lines are equipped with quick change single facer corrugated machines, with cassette system and fast change calendar system, change time from 50min, to 15mins to 5mins option, which can achieve the combination production of various corrugated cardboard and meet the diverse needs of customers.
Modular design scheme: The production line adopts modular design to provide customers with subsequent upgrade plans, achieving the maximization of customer investment and economic returns.
4, High quality production
The internationally leading intelligent ballast system: from temperature control of the raw paper to vector ballast control of the bonding machine, it adapts to different specifications, orders, and material requirements through advanced intelligent ballast systems, ensuring the production of high-quality cardboard under WEST RIVER BECKHOFF SYSTEM controls.
Precise control of physical properties of raw paper: Using the latest active control technology, automatic monitoring and adjustment of raw paper feeding temperature, humidity, and tension are achieved to ensure the quality of cardboard.
5, Environmental Protection and Health
High speed and low-noise environmental protection technology: The noise of the equipment is controlled at a low level (below 85 decibels), and the insulation design brings a healthier operating environment to the site.
