1, Basic composition
The 7-layer corrugated cardboard production line mainly consists of two parts: wet end equipment and dry end equipment:

Wet end equipment:
MRS: As the starting point of the production line, it is responsible for storing and transporting rolls of raw paper of different specifications.
Preheater: Preheating the base paper to improve its softness and processability.
Single facer corrugated machine: By tightly fitting the upper and lower corrugated rollers, the raw paper is pressed into a specific shape of corrugated core paper and coated with glue.
Double facer machine: The adhesive coated corrugated core paper is bonded to the surface paper to form double-sided corrugated cardboard.

As well as glue machine, bridge, web guide device as well. 

Dry end equipment:

Slitter and cut off machines, longitudinal cutting and creasing machine, horizontal cutting machine: responsible for cutting and creasing corrugated cardboard according to order requirements.
Stacker: Stack the cut cardboard neatly for subsequent packaging and transportation.

Non Stop Production system: With die cutter type rotary shearer and double slitter to realize non-stop production to change different orders.
 

2, Working principle
The working principle of the 7-layer corrugated cardboard production line is based on the principles of mechanics and chemical bonding in physics. The specific process is as follows:

After being preheated by the preheater, the raw paper enters the single-sided corrugated machine.
In a single facer corrugated machine, the raw paper is pressed into corrugated core paper of a specific shape and coated with glue.
The corrugated core paper coated with adhesive is bonded to the surface paper through a double facer machine to form multi-wall corrugated cardboard.
Next, the cardboard is heated by a hot plate to quickly solidify the adhesive, ensuring the firmness of the cardboard structure.
Finally, the cardboard is precisely cut and creased by longitudinal and transverse cutting machines, and then stacked neatly by a stacker.
