WEST RIVER newly Smart 5.0  5Ply fully auto corrugated cardboard production line , its configuration is basically the same as our europe equipment, using our latest Smart 5.0 design and technologies, can achieve 2Ply, 3Ply, 5Ply corrugated board multi-functional production. And while producing 3Ply can produce 2Ply of cardboard at the same time, improve the efficiency of the production line!

Compared to other production lines using old PLC technology control largely relies on operator experiences to operate and adjust different machines in the production line such as different machine speed synchronization adjust, temperature adjustment, eclectic wrap angle... our latest Beckhoff control system is able to realize the automatic control mode of temperature control, preheater wrapping angle, production speed, tension control, glue control all in automatic curve mode according to production of corrugated flutes, using GSM paper and using Beckhoff system data compatible to achieve automation control mode, reduce the human operation faults cause production and quality problems. At the same time, this production line fully meets the EU SGS CE certification requirements.
