The cutoff knife forms an integral part of the corrugator and is installed between the slitter scorer and downstacker. Its function is to cut the board accurately at a programmed length by using blades mounted on the cutting rolls. All operations are automatically performed after data has been entered or received from the production system. The operator can intervene if necessary to change the data (cut length, number of pieces to be cut) during operation.

2. The knife shaft is tested and modified by dynamic balance, with windage adjustable bearing, higher rotation precision, more stable for cutting cardboard.
3. One step of gear drive, higher drive efficiency, faster response, connected with precise gear expanding bush, drive without clearance, ensure the joggle of the knife edges precisely.
4. Dual Servo motor drive, high-efficient power transmission, fast reaction, precision gear expansion clamping connection, no gap drive, to ensure accurate mesh edge.
5. The speed of independent Inlet and outlet motors are adjusted by frequency conversion to be suitable to the speed of cardboard automatically. Synchronization belts drive, high efficiency, less noise.
6. Independent lubrication system, the effect of dispelling heat is perfect, lubricating is more credible.
7. The main base structure touch ground, resist vibration well, covered with shield net, safer.
8. Length cutting range: 500-9999 mm.
9. When the speed is steady, the length cutting precision is ±1.0 mm.
10. Equipped with new type Hackle knives, the cutting edges of cardboard won’t sharp to injure the hand of workers.
11. The computer will trace the running speed of the paper cardboard automatically, to ensure synchronization.
12. The electric power is controlled with integration power module instead of controllable silicon before, decrease malfunction ratio a lot.
13. Power saving device, might deposit the power energy fed back by brake of each cutting, to the saving power module group of the high voltage capacitance, might save 30%electric power compare with common system.
