Product Description:
Equipped by vacuum structure. There is a pair of corrugated rollers to make a paper sheet into one corrugated paper, then, agglutinated with another paper sheet into one single Face cardboard.

Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ320mm(Φ360mm,Φ430mm),made of material 48CrMo alloy metal, heat treatment with high frequency,precise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60, outer surface of Corrugated rollers is plated with hard chrome
Features:
- High temperature grease for Lubricating.
- The surface of Glue roller is plated with chrome, scored 32 fine thread (mesh)/inch, make glue feeding well-proportioned.
- Pressure of steam: 1.2-1.4Mpa.
- The high pressure Fan is equipped with Silencer.
- The glue feeding device can be moved by electro-motion.
- The thickness of glue is digital displayed, is adjusted automatically according speed or by electro-motion, the thickness value might be set by operator at any time and remembered in the EMS Memory of BECKHOFF System.
- Gluing width is adjusted by Electro-motion.
- Main Drive is controlled by frequency transducer(inverter, ABB), save electric power, gentle start of machine(less stroke)
- With infrared transfer for detecting paper break, protect automatically when paper is broken, the press roll and the glue trough will be pushed back.
