- The surface of Glue roller is plated with chrome, scored 32 fine thread (mesh)/inch, make glue feeding well-proportioned.

- The high pressure Fan is equipped with Silencer.
- The glue feeding device can be moved by electro-motion.
- The thickness of glue is digital displayed, is adjusted automatically according speed or by electro-motion, the thickness value might be set by operator at any time and remembered in the EMS

- Main Drive is controlled by frequency transducer(inverter, Siemens), save electric power, gentle start of machine(less stroke)
- With infrared transfer for detecting paper break, protect automatically when paper is broken, the press roll and the glue trough will be pushed back.
