- There are two guide rollers over the top of the pre-heater big barrel(with polishing surface), one is fastness, another rotate around the big barrel by electro-motion adjustment.
- The surface of the guide roller is grinded, then plated with hard chrome.
- The big heating barrel is more safe to endure pressure and higher heat efficiency.The big heating barrel is fixed while working.
- The pressure of steam is 1.1-1.2MPa.
- The wrap angle on the barrel could be adjusted in the range of 6 00-2800.
