2. The servo push rod precisely controls the amount of gluing, displays the amount of glue applied digitally, and has an automatic gluing adjustment function. The gluing machine will automatically adjust the thickness of the gluing according to the speed. The thickness value can be set by the user at any time and stored in the system memory; It can also be electrically adjusted.

3. The surface of the gluing roller and even roller is ground and plated with hard chromium, and the gluing disc is made of stainless steel material.

4. The surface of the other paper guide shafts is plated with hard chromium.

5. The transmission of the even roller and the gluing roller adopts synchronous belt transmission, which minimizes the impact of other transmission methods on the jumping of the gluing roller, thereby ensuring the stability of the gluing.

6. Adopting a pressure roller type gluing mechanism, the gap between the even roller and the glue roller can be servo synchronized to adjust its size.
