How to make vivid color package boxes? How to use the craft paper replace the hardboard package?

For the vivid flexo printing, many our China and Europe customers now use the pre-print to replace the offset printing due to the pre-printer is more environmental friendly and less process comparing to offset carton box making, also the quality, cost efficient, manufacturing efficient of cardboard is better compare to offset lamination process. Such as our Greek customer, they have choose our 2Ply+3Ply Corrugated line with pre-printing to replace their old laminator making cardboard process. They also purchase a 6 colors pre-printer from China to making the pre-printed roller for making pre-printed cardboard. But for smaller oders, they will still use the old offset printing.
And they also choose N flute cardboard making to replace the many E flute package or hardboard package as it use less paper and more cost effective. The hardboard paper cost about 2000USD/ton while the corrugated craft paper cost less 1000USD/ton.
In the market now in China, some chinese customers also start using digital printing to replace the offset printing for small orders production.
