WEST RIVER Smart 2.0 2Ply+3Ply Multi-function corrugated line , please see the attachment. The machine design width is 1200-2500mm, speed is 80-200m/min, B, E, F, N, G flute design option. it can also be upgraded into 2+3+5Ply corrugated line in the future.
It also has the color marking system for production of pre-printed cardboard, the bridge guider use our automatic web guide system to realize automation tension and deviation control. The stacker use our down stacking unit for stacking 2ply and 3ply cardboard output, can largely reduce the manual power. The total control system use our newest Smart 4.0 Integrated Beckhoff Control System, which can realize the synchronized of all the machines in the production line in one control station, realize precision control and synchronization for high quality cardboard production.
