On each branch pipeline, a first solenoid valve for the inlet pipeline, a second solenoid valve for the outlet pipeline, and a temperature sensor are installed. The temperature sensors inside each device are coordinated with the control system to achieve the user's desired temperature setting for each device. By controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, the temperature of each device can be accurately adjusted to meet the personalized heat requirements of different devices such as preheating machines, single-sided machines, double-sided machines, and glue coating machines, ensuring the control application of various paper materials in the 3, 5, and 7 layer corrugated cardboard production lines.
• Thermal efficiency improvement: The single-sided machine corrugated roller peripheral heating technology adopts efficient heating devices that work in conjunction with steam engines, and asbestos fiber insulation layers are installed on the inner wall of the steam main pipeline to reduce heat loss during transmission, improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce production costs, and ultimately achieve high-speed and high-efficiency production and stable cardboard quality.
Precise tension control technology
• Shaftless paper holder: The shaftless electric paper holder is equipped with customized clamps and excellent brakes. The clamp strengthens the paper roll clamping function, and the brake ensures tension balance and stable unwinding, achieving precise paper feeding. The paper roll placement position is accurate and will not damage the paper roll and core, effectively controlling the tension of the paper web. It can also quickly release the paper roll or core, and is equipped with a paper roll center centering control function.
• Full servo paper feeder: A fully servo paper feeder using a servo motor, which can accurately control the unwinding and unwinding of paper, balance the tension, and connect with the production management system to achieve automatic paper feeding, further improving production efficiency and paper processing accuracy without manual operation.
Efficient cutting technology
Spiral cross cutting knife: The cross cutting machine adopts an original imported spiral cross cutting knife, combined with dual drive servo power, which can automatically obtain the actual vehicle speed from the far and near end measuring wheels and the length of the cardboard from the production management system, achieving efficient and precise cutting of cardboard with an accuracy error controlled within ± 1mm, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of cardboard cutting and reducing waste generation. Equipped with color code tracking and cutting control function, it fully realizes continuous production of ordinary cardboard and colored cardboard.
