Description:

- The pressure of steam is 1.1-1.2MPa.

Functions:
The preheater is located between the raw paper and the single facer corrugated machine, mainly used for preheating the inner paper and corrugated paper during the production of the single facer corrugated machine. Preheating paper can achieve an appropriate moisture content and stretch the paper, strength the paper fiber, which is helpful for subsequent bonding and forming.
How to Improve the quality of corrugated cardboard production?
1, Optimize raw material selection
Pulp quality: Choose high-strength and high fiber content pulp as the basic raw material for corrugated cardboard to ensure its strength and durability.
Adhesive quality: Use high-quality starch adhesive or other suitable adhesives to ensure that the cardboard has good adhesion and firmness. Temperature control: In key production processes such as preheating cylinders and single-sided machines, control the working temperature to ensure that the cardboard is fully preheated and formed.
Pressure control: During the process of corrugated forming, gluing, etc., the pressure should be reasonably controlled to avoid the corrugated being crushed or the cardboard being damaged.
3, Improve production technology

Mold proof treatment: In humid environments, regularly dry the cardboard or add anti mold additives to prevent mold growth.
5, Strengthen quality inspection and maintenance
