Equipped by positive structure. There is a pair of corrugated rollers to make a paper sheet into one corrugated paper, then, agglutinated with another paper sheet into one single Face cardboard.

Advantage of Inner Vacuum :
In a positive pressure single facer, air pressure is used to hold the pape against the corrugated roller during the corrugation process. This air pressure creates acushion of air that supports the paperboard and keeps it in place as the corrugated roller press the flutes into the paperboard.
However, with higher flute profiles or heavier paper grades, the air pressure may not be enough to fully support the paperboard during the corrugation process. As aresult, the paperboard may collapse or warp as it is pressed against the corrugated roller. This can lead to a variety of quality issues, including uneven flutes, delamination,and reduced strength and durability of the corrugated board.
In contrast, the inner vacuum single facer uses a vacuum to hold the paperboard against the corrugated roller during the corrugation process. This vacuum provides more consistent and reliable support for the paperboard, even with higher fluteprofiles or heavier paper grades. This is why inner vacuum single facers are generally considered to be more reliable and produce higher-quality corrugated board thanpositive pressure single facers, particularly for demanding high strength cardboard applications. And with WEST RIVER inside circular holes vacuum technology realize the higher strength cardboard production.
Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ460*380 corrgated roller, pressure roller is Φ500. made of material 48CrMo alloy metal, heat treatment with high frequency,precise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60, outer surface of Corrugated rollers is plated with hard chrome
