1. This new super-intelligent automatic cruise control system uses two super controllers and computers to realize real-time control of all equipment in the wet end and dry end of full corrugated line, and accurately realize closed-loop network communication of each equipment. Each equipment no longer has a separate PLC+Analog communication signal control, just like ONE human brain accurately controls every part of the body!

2. The real-time order production of each machine needs to implement two-way communication, accurately and synchronously control the glue amount, gap and temperature of each equipment according to the type of cardboard to be produced and the paper material used, accurately and digitally control each equipment, reduce the communication delay between different PLCs, and feed back the working conditions of the equipment to the central brain in real time. Accurately perceive each equipment from Single Facer, Preheater, Gluing machine, Double Facer, Slitter Scorer, Cut off Machine, Stacker and Fast order change, running meters, and synchronization of each machines, and real-time calculation in a supercomputer to achieve efficient order change, precise production meter control, reduce human operation errors, reduce interference of different equipment communication, reduce scrap rate, and improve cardboard production quality!

3. A more intelligent control system: this super intelligent computer is synchronized with all parameters of the inverter&motor&servo system of the production line. There is no longer a need to check the equipment one by one. Just in one computer, the real-time operation of all equipment can be detected, and fault detection can be performed, such as current and voltage abnormalities!

4. Two super controllers are real-time redundant spare parts. One controller is working and the other is real-time backup. Even if one controller has problems, the other controller can quickly take over the control of the production line! The communication adopts the extended structure of German Beckhoff EtherCAT bus ring control, and two-way backup guarantee!
