Functions: 

1, Slitting
The slitting machine, equipped with a cutting thin blade device, is capable of longitudinally cutting cardboard according to preset parameters in the control computers. During this process, the thin blades drive device (consisting of a cutter holder, movable frame, slider, motor, cutter head, etc.) will move precisely to ensure the accuracy of cutting. At the same time, the slitting machine also has automatic order changing and sorting functions, which can automatically arrange the slitting blades according to the order specifications and lift the corresponding slitting blades to achieve fast and accurate cutting.

2, Scoring treatment
In addition to cutting, the slitting machine also has scoring function for cardboard. The indentation is achieved by rolling the upper and lower male and female wheels, which can form the required pressure groove on the cardboard. These pressure grooves play a guiding role when folding cardboard, making the folding more neat and beautiful. Meanwhile, the depth of the scroing line can also be precisely controlled by adjusting the position of the pressure roller.

3, Improve production efficiency and product quality
